The following is a 13 minute video that describes a new sales model driven by the “free economy.” In this model, you are giving up something perceived as valuable at the front end in order to create your list. You give your list value and ultimately split your list into buyers and nonbuyers. Your goal is to then create upsells and cross sells to turn your buyers into larger buyers and keep giving great content to the free list in order to get them to convert.

The video explains it all and over the next few weeks, we will be going over the pre-launch and sales model to get you going to start a robust music business that combines all the fun and shiny social stuff (Twitter, Facebook, etc) with a sustainable growing business model.
