Rock Act “Live” Officially Calls it Quits Due to Contract Controversy

Followers of evolvor know that I’m a huge fan of rock that came out of the early 90′s and one of my most beloved of them all is Live. They were hugely successful after 1994′s “Throwing Copper” and continued to sell boatloads of record into the 2000′s. Them Crooked Vultures Debut Lean, Mean Rock Album

That performance was the debut of Them Crooked Vultures at the Metro on August 9.

In a year of super groups, like Chickenfoot and Monsters of Folk, TCV has to be the sickest. Comprised of Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age), John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin) and Dave Grohl (Nirvana/Foo Fighters), these guys were, and are, part of some of the biggest and baddest bands of the 70′s, 90′s and 00′s.

MySpace has reportedly acquired Imeem
for a measly $8 million. Imeem will now join iLike in the purgatory of MySpace hell.

So how did it come down to this for Imeem, a site that had over 4 million users?
