Val Kilmer is a Musician and Uses ReverbNation & Snocap!
I’ve been really busy over at ReverbNation this week as I begin expanding my artist roster to include to local acts which I have had the pleasure of helping out over the past year, 61 North and Julian Day. We’ll have some more info on those acts here at evolvor shortly, but first I have to talk about one of the featured artists I saw while over the site.
His name is Val Kilmer! Yes, the man who magically channeled the lizard king himself as Jim Morrison in The Doors is alive and writing southern twangy folk music.
I have only listened to a few tracks so far, and really like “We All Need Somebody” a lot. What’s really neat about this is that he’s streaming the whole damn album on ReverbNation and using Snocap to sell the tracks over at his site, valekilmer.com
Way to go Val.
Free download? Check. Streaming album? Check. Funny pictures of you cooking at your website? Awesome!
And yes at some points you hear a ‘lil Jim pop out (he probably hates me that!)
