This site may harm your computer?

So I was just doing some research for a client when I noticed this little tidbit of a link in Google’s Search Results; a link directly under a listing title that says “This Site May Be Harmful To Your Computer.”
After clicking on the link, Google tells you why a certain site may be harmful, including that said site may install malware. I gotta say I think this service ROCKS! However, I question why Google even keeps sites like this in their results at all. I mean, they have webmaster guidelines and kick people out all the time for “gaming” the system. Why not kick sites out that do malicious shit to my computer?
