A quick link via Techmeme to VentureBoard, a new social-networking meets venture capitol site.

Now you can create the next YouTube in your garage today and get bought by Google tomorrow? I think this benefits VC’s because they’ll have access to start-ups while they’re really young and are willing to sell a lot cheaper than some companies as of late. Think about it: what would YouTube have sold for a year ago?
